Senior Software Project Manager, Karachi

Job Description:
· 5+ years experience of software project management with focus on Enterprise Web and mobile Applications.

·  The candidate must have the ability to report to clients on periodical basis on feature requests, bug reports, tasks in hand. They must have the skills to deliver the solution from requirements phase to deployment.
·  The candidate must have managed, deployed and delivered enterprise level applications before, with master execution plan.·  Demonstrated project management planning/ execution skills with a record of leading projects to obtain tangible business results.
·  In depth experience of Agile development processes.·  In depth experience of managing software development teams. Experience of managing more than one team and more then one project is preference.
·  Experience supporting large enterprise projects across IT/business boundaries
·  Negotiation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
·  Formal and/or Practical training in SDLC methodologies
·  Proven ability to motivate employees and create a positive working environment.
·  Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently with complex problem solving skills.
·  Experience developing collaborative, positive relationships.
·  Excellent written and spoken English skills (very important as clients are English).
·  Strong analytical and Problem Solving ability, Creativity, and insight.
·  At least 3 years experience as a software engineer or software tester is highly desired.
·  Extremely organized, high energy·
.  Higher qualification is required especially Masters in Computer Science and certification in PMP or relevant subject.
